Returns and Exchanges

- Unopened Products: If your product is unused and unopened, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.
